We are aiming to fulfill all orders within 3 business days for orders placed by 2pm PST, excluding Holidays and weekends. 

We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for orders over $200, and free returns for all orders within the 48 contiguous states.

We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return or exchange items within 21 days of purchase.

If you need to make a return please email info@dawsonthelabel.com with your request, be sure to include your order number.

Any items that are returned must be new, unworn, and have all garment tags attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Refunds can be made in the original form of payment, or as a gift card for store credit. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
